Jessica is a seasoned professional with a robust background in psychology and education. She is currently pursuing a PhD in Psychological Medicine at King's College London. In her previous role as Education Director at Creative Education, she led projects, developed training programs, and managed teams for initiatives under the Department of Health and the Department for Education. Jessica's adaptable training style and clear communication skills enable her to effectively engage and motivate diverse audiences as well as being able to author high quality, user-friendly resources.
Throughout her consultancy roles at the Anna Freud Centre, Charlie Waller Trust, Flourish and Trauma Informed Consultancy Services, Jessica has collaborated with various organisations to enhance comprehensive mental health strategies across health, social care, education, and other sectors. She has mentored and coached a wide range of professionals, influencing strategies to improve collaborative efforts, enhance productivity, reduce waiting times, and promote more inclusive, mentally healthy environments. Jessica is particularly dedicated to the early identification of mental health concerns and promoting the normalisation of mental well-being.
With over 25 years of experience in mental health, Gemma is a highly respected trainer and consultant, specialising in workplace wellbeing and mental health education. Beginning her career as an NHS Clinician, she gained first-hand experience supporting individuals with complex mental health needs before transitioning into training and consultancy. She has since dedicated her expertise to designing, developing, and delivering both national training programmes and bespoke training to support organisations build healthier, more resilient teams.
