Mental health plays a crucial role in workplace well-being, yet it’s often overlooked or misunderstood. Apprentices, like all employees, face pressures that can impact their mental health, from workload challenges to personal struggles. This session provides a supportive space to explore how we can better recognise, understand, and respond to mental health concerns in the workplace. Through practical guidance and real-world examples, we’ll break down stigma, build confidence in having meaningful conversations, and explore simple yet effective workplace adjustments. By the end of the session, you'll be empowered to contribute to a healthier, more inclusive work environment for yourself and those around you.
