This includes understanding key data points, asking the right questions, and utilising frameworks for self-evaluation. The session will cover how to analyse data, identify areas for improvement, and ensure that resources are allocated effectively.
  • Understand their legal and ethical responsibilities: The masterclass will touch upon the legal framework surrounding mental health in schools, including safeguarding responsibilities and equality duties. It will also explore ethical considerations related to data privacy, confidentiality, and informed consent.
  • Access resources and support networks: Governors will be signposted to relevant resources, organisations, and support networks that can provide ongoing guidance and assistance in developing and implementing their school's mental health strategy.
